diuwin Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the diuwin website accessible at diuwin.bio, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, which enables access to gaming, betting, and financial transaction services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by diuwin to confirm a Player's eligibility to use the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone in which all Platform operations and support services are based.

By completing the registration process on diuwin, placing any wager, or making any deposit, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your acceptance is recorded at the time of account creation and is renewed each time you access the Platform thereafter.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or special event conditions published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflicting rule expressly states otherwise and has been approved by diuwin management.

diuwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. To be eligible to use the diuwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by diuwin or any responsible gaming organisation.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by diuwin for a breach of these Terms.

• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee, director, or officer of diuwin or any of its affiliated service providers.

diuwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction. Winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be voided and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method at diuwin's discretion.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the diuwin Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You must update your account information promptly if any details change. diuwin is not responsible for transaction failures or communication delays arising from inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. diuwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify diuwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

diuwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds. KYC is a player protection measure and is applied consistently across all accounts.

diuwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider in addition to these Terms.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by the Platform; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are advised to check their mobile wallet or card issuer limits before initiating large deposits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• diuwin reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

• diuwin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited. Funds received from third-party accounts may be frozen and returned to the source, and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

diuwin offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free wagers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

All wagers placed on the diuwin Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A wager is accepted and binding only when confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued. Network interruptions occurring before confirmation means the wager is not placed.
• diuwin reserves the right to cancel or void any wager where a manifest error in pricing, game configuration, or market data has occurred, regardless of whether the wager has been settled.
• In sports betting markets, diuwin's decision on the settlement of any market — including the interpretation of event results and application of rules regarding abandoned, postponed, or replayed events — is final.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual wagers and may vary by game category, bet type, and market. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within each game or market interface.
• All game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and spinning mechanisms operated by live dealers employed by diuwin's studio partners (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play).

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at diuwin's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party, including family members, to access or use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, game glitches, or pricing errors rather than reporting them to support.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or corruption in any sporting event offered on the sportsbook.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, third-party funding, or coordinated hedging strategies to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing diuwin staff or other players through any communication channel.

diuwin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, relevant information will be disclosed to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

diuwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from within your account:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, diuwin shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

diuwin's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

diuwin does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. diuwin shall use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform uptime and rectify technical issues promptly but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

diuwin is not liable for delays or failures in service arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network congestion, payment processor downtime, natural disasters, or civil disruption affecting Bangladesh or the Platform's technical infrastructure.

diuwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by diuwin — including name, date of birth, mobile number, payment method details, and gaming activity records — is used solely for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of services. diuwin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

diuwin employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible in plain text by any member of diuwin staff.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which diuwin operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players are required to first attempt resolution through diuwin's internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
